I’m a newlywed to my very best friend Joseph (affectionately known as Joe B.).
I became a first time mom May 2020 and she’s perfect.
I named our daughter Folasade’ (foe-lah-sha-day)which was inspired by the famous singer Sade’.
If you haven’t already guessed, I love music and I truly believe its one of God’s gifts to mankind.
My faith grounds me tremendously.

I’m extremely passionate about changing the narrative of the black family and hope to bring awareness to conscious/gentle parenting.

I studied behavior analysis and love figuring out the reason behind our behavior.
